Weird Stuff in Florida

 This is a palm pod/bloom .. That's what I call it anyway. Last night it was in the pod (the yellow thing above it ) and this morning I walk outside and there it is... they are actually a gazillion individual little blossoms, and were loaded with small bees, If you look real close you will see them. I've lived in Florida for over 40 years and never had one do this in my own yard.  So just thought I'd show ya'll . oh yes, and it's a lot larger than it looks.
